General Terms and Conditions
I. General Information
These General Terms and Conditions govern the relations between ASASA BEAUTY Ltd., UIC 203364491, registered under the Commercial Law of the Republic of Bulgaria, hereinafter referred to as “ASASA”, and the users of the website https://asasabeauty.com, hereinafter referred to as “Users”.

By visiting or using asasabeauty.com, each User confirms that they are familiar with and accept these General Terms and Conditions.
II. Definitions
- Website – https://asasabeauty.com and all its subsites.
- User – any natural person who acquires goods or uses services outside their commercial or professional activity.
- Goods – movable tangible property offered through the website.
- Contract of Sale – agreement under which ASASA transfers ownership of goods against payment of their price.
III. Services Provided
Through asasabeauty.com, Users can order and purchase goods, which will be delivered by ASASA or its logistics partners worldwide.
IV. Registration and Identification
Users may purchase goods with or without registration. When registering, the User must provide complete and accurate data.
Users over 16 years of age may register. By registering, Users agree that their personal data will be processed for the execution of orders.
V. Orders
Orders are accepted 24/7. After completing an order, the User receives confirmation by email.
ASASA reserves the right to refuse an order if:
- the User repeatedly violates these Terms,
- the User behaves offensively towards ASASA staff,
- the order cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability.
VI. Prices and Payments
- All prices displayed on the website are in EUR or USD (other currencies may be displayed for informational purposes).
- Prices include VAT, where applicable.
- Payment is possible by debit/credit card, PayPal, or other methods displayed on the checkout page.
- All cardholders are subject to verification and authorization by their card issuer.
VII. Delivery
- Orders over USD 150 (USA), EUR 250 (Europe), and USD 250 (Rest of the World) qualify for free delivery.
- Orders are shipped, on average, within 1–2 business days from the time that the order is placed.
- Standard delivery times:
- USA: usually takes 1–5 business days, depending on the shipping method selected.
- Europe: usually takes 5–10 business days.
- Rest of the World: usually takes 3–12 business days.
- During holiday periods (e.g. Christmas, Easter), delivery times may be longer due to high courier and customs workload.
Responsibility for the goods passes to the courier upon dispatch. Until receipt by the User, ASASA remains the owner of the goods.
ASASA is not responsible for undelivered or lost orders when the User has provided incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information, including names, phone number, email, or delivery address. In such cases, ASASA is not obliged to deliver the goods or refund the payment.
VIII. Order Cancellation and Returns
All Users (regardless of country of residence) have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, without giving reasons and without penalty.
- To exercise this right, the User must notify ASASA in writing (by email) within 14 days of receiving the order.
- After notification, the User has an additional 14 days to return the goods.
Conditions for return:
- Goods must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (e.g. sealed packaging, cellophane, labels intact).
- Opened, tested, or used cosmetic products cannot be returned due to hygiene and health protection reasons.
- The User must include all accompanying documents (receipt/invoice, warranty card if applicable, promotional gifts received with the purchase).
Costs:
- If the return is not due to an error by ASASA or defective goods, all shipping costs, customs duties, and any additional fees are borne by the User.
- If the return is due to incorrect, damaged, or defective goods, ASASA covers the cost of return shipping.
Refunds:
- Refunds cover only the price of the goods (excluding initial shipping costs, unless the return is due to ASASA’s error).
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 30 days of receiving the returned goods.
IX. Damaged or Defective Products
If goods arrive damaged or incomplete, the User must notify ASASA within 48 hours of delivery at info@asasabeauty.com.
- ASASA may request the return of the goods for inspection.
- If damage or fault is confirmed, ASASA will replace the product or refund the amount.
- Complaints are valid only if noted in the courier’s delivery protocol upon receipt.
X. Guarantees and Claims
- Users are entitled to a 2-year statutory warranty under EU law.
- Complaints can be submitted in writing to info@asasabeauty.com.
- Resolution of complaints will be provided within 30 days.
XI. Intellectual Property
All materials, product descriptions, images, and designs on asasabeauty.com are the intellectual property of ASASA and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without explicit permission.
XII. Termination of Contract
ASASA may suspend or terminate User accounts in case of violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abusive behavior.
XIII. Disputes
- For EU consumers: disputes may be resolved through the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: http://ec.europa.eu/odr
- Users may also contact the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission (CPC) and Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP).
- For Users outside the EU, disputes will be resolved under Bulgarian law in the competent courts of Sofia.
XIV. Final Provisions
ASASA reserves the right to amend these Terms without prior notice. Updates will be published on asasabeauty.com.
- If any clause is found invalid, the remaining Terms remain in effect.
- By placing an order, the User confirms acceptance of these Terms.
