Orders
Orders are accepted 24/7. After completing an order, the User receives confirmation by email.
If you have registered on our website, you can find all information related to your order in your account.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive additional information including a tracking number (if the courier tracking service is available for your location) so you can trace your parcel.
You will also receive email notifications at every stage of your order to keep you fully updated.
If you haven’t received any emails, they might have ended up in your spam folder. If that’s not the case, please give us a call so our customer service agent can assist you.
Delivery
- Orders over USD 150 (USA), EUR 250 (Europe), and USD 250 (Rest of the World) qualify for free delivery.
- Orders are shipped, on average, within 1–2 business days from the time that the order is placed.
- Standard delivery times:
- USA: usually takes 1–5 business days, depending on the shipping method selected.
- Europe: usually takes 5–10 business days.
- Rest of the World: usually takes 3–12 business days.
- During holiday periods (e.g. Christmas, Easter), delivery times may be longer due to high courier and customs workload.
In case of delays, you will be informed accordingly. General delays may also appear on the website.
